CASL Group is not a licensed brokerage in Wisconsin. However, Scott Warhol is a Realtor® licensed in Wisconsin (#80599-94 | MetroMLS# 26274) and is an agent with Big Block Midwest Brokerage. All transactions will follow all state regulations in Wisconsin and flow through the brokerage to ensure legality and ethics.
"You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?"
A purchase agreement is a legal document that is essentailly an agreement between our company and you to purchase your property at certain terms we have agreed upon and spelled out in the agreement.
"How do I get paid for my property?"
We will begin our Due Diligence process to determin whether the purchase of your property is aligned with our overall business goals immediatily when we recieve your information. We will then get you a purhase agreement to sign. We try to close on all properties within 30 days of an agreement.
Once we have checked all of our boxes we will decide on a date to close. We will handle all of the work on our end to legally make sure all of the documents are in place. We work with a title company in the area near where the property is located to close our transaction, handle all of the legal work, and release all funds to sellers at the correct times.
Once the Deed transfer is complete our Title company will send payment directly to you.
How did you get my information?

About Our Company
We are The CASL Group. We started our journey in Real Estate in 2014 and have continued to learn and grow in our Wisconsin Communities. From buying and selling houses and land to short term rentals it has been quite a journey.
Scott is a Realtor® in Wisconsin and has worked with buyers and sellers. He and his wife, Lori, work hard on setting up and maintaining our rental properties and managing projects and renovations. Our little ones always try to help any way they can from coloring on envelopes to folding letters into paper airplanes.
Scott and Adam have been working in real estate together for the better part of a decade. Analyzing deals and brainstorming creative ways to help people in all types of situations.
